Please read the conditions for repairs or replacements carefully
Wagner products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). At our option, we may repair or replace the defective product. We can only repair or replace the items if they are defective or damaged. For more details, please refer to the “Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty” in the TOS (Terms of Service) Policy as featured on the website.
If your product meets the above conditions, then please proceed as follows:
1. Request an RA # (Return Authorization Number) via Email
Email us at support@WagnerSwitzerland.com and specify your request for a warranty claim and indicate the date of purchase.
2. We issue an RA # (Return Authorization Number) if applicable
If your request meets the conditions, then we’ll issue and email you an RA # (Return Authorization Number) and we will specify the address where you can send the product to.
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. No product returns will be accepted without an RA#
3. Ship the goods to the specified address
Please include your contact information (address, email address, and phone number), and the RA# with the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Notification and (if applicable) Refund/Exchange
